We came here on our honeymoon and was not disappointed. We were met by the most friendly and helpful ladies on reception. The lodge was extremely clean and well equipped. Seeing the rabbits, squirrels, robin’s first thing in the morning was lovely. Plenty of koi carp in the lake and the ducks. All in all was a fantastic honeymoon and would certainly recommend.

I booked this for one of our Managers and his comments where the best place he had ever stayed at. So relaxing and comfortable. Really enjoyed his stay here and hosts really friendly and welcoming.

Love this place, close to Shrewsbury, great facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool and fishing lake if you are booked in. The restaurant has limited opening hours but the food is fantastic and it’s open the public.
